Pel cam\u00ed, n\u2019hem conegut els avantatges, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 ens hem adonat de les seves limitacions per assolir el nostre prop\u00f2sit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">La nostra missi\u00f3 \u00e9s aconseguir <strong>que els nens d'avui siguin lectors del futur: competents, entusiastes, freq\u00fcents i cr\u00edtics<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, creiem que <strong>\u00e9s essencial desenvolupar estrat\u00e8gies perqu\u00e8 l'impuls lector provingui de l'inter\u00e8s intr\u00ednsec i el gaudi personal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Amb aquest objectiu, <strong>durant les pr\u00f2ximes setmanes farem canvis significatius a Legiland<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Eliminarem components que promoguin la competitivitat, com els r\u00e0nquings, i ens centrarem en <strong>enfortir la cooperaci\u00f3 i el sentit de comunitat entre els nostres usuaris<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Els avatars es convertiran en una <strong>expressi\u00f3 de la identitat de l'usuari<\/strong>, que permet una personalitzaci\u00f3 lliure segons el seu nivell, sense necessitat de \u00abcomprar\u00bb elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Les medalles es transformaran en \u00abIns\u00edgnies\u00bb que reconeixeran els lectors apassionats per g\u00e8neres o tem\u00e0tiques espec\u00edfiques, convertint-los en referents dins de la comunitat. A m\u00e9s, <strong>ajudaran a descobrir nous g\u00e8neres i tem\u00e0tiques i a promoure la riquesa lectora<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Potenciarem les missions i els equips per tal de <strong>promoure la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i el sentit de pertinen\u00e7a<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Conscients de la import\u00e0ncia de <strong>crear un entorn totalment segur i privat<\/strong>, eliminarem els noms reals i els substituirem per \u00e0lies \u00fanics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Redissenyarem la <strong>pantalla de resultats<\/strong> dels q\u00fcestionaris per a transmetre aquesta nova filosofia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Els nivells es mantindran i s\u2019aniran desbloquejant progressivament, reconeixent els lectors m\u00e9s experimentats i atorgant-los <strong>m\u00e9s prestigi<\/strong> dins de la comunitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquests primers ajustos s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s un pas m\u00e9s cap a la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una comunitat lectora m\u00e9s col\u00b7laborativa, segura i centrada en l\u2019amor i el respecte per la lectura. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nFa 10 anys va n\u00e9ixer Legiland i, des de llavors, la gamificaci\u00f3 ha estat un dels nostres trets distintius.
