        "rendered": "<p>Hace 10 a\u00f1os que naci\u00f3 Legiland y, desde entonces, la gamificaci\u00f3n ha sido uno de nuestros rasgos distintivos. Por el camino, hemos conocido sus ventajas, pero tambi\u00e9n nos hemos dado cuenta de sus limitaciones para lograr nuestro prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra misi\u00f3n es conseguir <strong>que los ni\u00f1os de hoy sean lectores de futuro: competentes, entusiastas, frecuentes y cr\u00edticos<\/strong>. Por ello, creemos que <strong>es esencial desarrollar estrategias para que el impulso lector provenga del inter\u00e9s intr\u00ednseco y el disfrute personal<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ese objetivo, <strong>durante las pr\u00f3ximas semanas realizaremos cambios significativos en Legiland<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eliminaremos componentes que promuevan la competitividad, como los r\u00e1nquings, y nos enfocaremos en <strong>fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n y el sentido de comunidad entre nuestros usuarios<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los avatares se convertir\u00e1n en una <strong>expresi\u00f3n de la identidad del usuario<\/strong>, permitiendo una personalizaci\u00f3n libre seg\u00fan su nivel, sin necesidad de \u00abcomprar\u00bb elementos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las medallas se transformar\u00e1n en \u00abInsignias\u00bb que reconocer\u00e1n a los lectores apasionados por g\u00e9neros o tem\u00e1ticas espec\u00edficas, convirti\u00e9ndolos en referentes dentro de la comunidad. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>ayudar\u00e1n a descubrir nuevos g\u00e9neros y tem\u00e1ticas y promover la riqueza lectora<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potenciaremos las misiones y los equipos para <strong>promover la colaboraci\u00f3n y el sentido de pertenencia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conscientes de la importancia de <strong>crear un entorno totalmente seguro y privado<\/strong>, eliminaremos los nombres reales, sustituy\u00e9ndolos por alias \u00fanicos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redise\u00f1aremos la <strong>pantalla de resultados<\/strong> de los cuestionarios para transmitir esta nueva filosof\u00eda. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los niveles se mantendr\u00e1n y se desbloquear\u00e1n progresivamente, reconociendo a los lectores m\u00e1s experimentados y otorg\u00e1ndoles <strong>mayor prestigio<\/strong> dentro de la comunidad. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos primeros ajustes son solo un paso m\u00e1s hacia la creaci\u00f3n de una comunidad lectora m\u00e1s colaborativa, segura y centrada en el amor y el respeto por la lectura. <\/p>",
